Our U-shaped Travel Pillow has been specifically designed to gently surround your neck as you sleep or read during plane travels, car rides or bus tours.

It is filled with our airy, 3-dimensional buckwheat hulls OR with tiny, round, and smooth millet hulls. Both fillings are firm, but their texture feels distinctly different (in small, confined pillows such as the Travel Pillow, the tiny millet hull filling may feel more pliable).

There is a constant shifting of the hull material as you move while air freely passes through the filling. This constant ventilation of hull pillows keeps them fluffy and fresh. The hulls will gently contour your head and neck area and provide firm support to prevent your head from falling to either side as you rest. As the Travel Pillow aligns your spine, it relieves pressure points and prevents stiffness of neck and shoulder muscles. Our Travel Pillow is small enough to easily fit in your hand luggage. Take it with you whenever you leave home!

The cotton cover can be taken off for easy washing. We have chosen 100% cotton for our Travel Pillow to allow the pillow to breathe, to allow air to freely pass through the fabric as you sleep or rest. This will prevent perspiration and the feeling of stickiness (as is often seen with polyester covers). Both inner casing and outer cover are zippered so you can remove hulls to make your Travel Pillow more pliable, or take all hulls out for the occasional washing of the inner casing if necessary. When washing the inner casing, simply pour the hulls temporarily into a container or plastic bag and then put them back once the inner casing has completely dried.
