Products can be returned for a refund within 30 days after receipt of order. There is a 20% disposal fee for all returned orders as we cannot resell used pillows for obvious health concerns; all returned pillows are therefore destroyed.

Receipt date is stated in UPS records. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. All shipping charges for returns are responsibility of the customer. Sorry, no returns after 30 days.
