Please know that we spend all the time necessary with each individual caller to make sure that questions and concerns are properly and fully addressed. We want you to be comfortable with our company and confident about our products.

Our telephone system no longer puts incoming calls on hold when all lines are busy. We had waiting times of an hour and longer last year and this caused a lot of frustration among our callers. We responded to everyone's request by switching to a voice mail system instead. When all our representatives are busy answering calls, incoming calls at that moment are then switched to voice mail. Please be so kind and leave a message for us. We listen to our voice mails many times throughout the day and calls are routinely returned the same day.
